I hope you are well.  I noticed that you installed our SherpaTools product a while ago.  Since BetterCloud purchased SherpaTools in November of 2011, we have been hard at work developing a new Google Apps management tool completely from scratch in order to provide a faster, more valuable, and simply better user experience.

We'll be launching FlashPanel in the Google Apps Marketplace in mid-July, and it will remain free while in beta. It will have all the same features you have in SherpaTools, plus a number of exciting new features such as:

• Email delegation and monitoring setup
• Scheduled enforcement of set policies
• More intuitive HTML signature support
• User deprovisioning workflows (our best practices plus any of your custom requirements)
• Improved support for shared contacts
• Better Google Groups management
