+ you are using Insync 0.9.5 or below
+ you requested to be notified of Insync's public release

If you are still using Insync version 0.9.5 or 0.8.x or 0.7.x, you need to upgrade to the latest version:

1. Quit Insync
2. Rename Insync top folder to "Insync backup"
3a. Delete ~/Library/Application Support/Insync (Mac)
3b. Delete %appdata%/Insync (Windows)
4. Download the latest version: https://insynchq.com/download
5. Install and link your machine

Note: you only have until March 15, 2012 to upgrade. After that, support for Insync 0.9.5 and below will cease.
