Monthly billing for Google Apps Resellers now available!

Date: March 15, 2012 05:09:04 GMT+03:00
Subject: Monthly billing for Google Apps Resellers now available!

Hello Oleg,

The Google Apps Reseller Team is excited to announce that today, you will be able to switch to the new monthly post-pay billing system in your Reseller Tools. We will offer flexible billing plans to you: an Annual Plan with a year commitment or a Flexible Plan with no commitment. You'll pay Google monthly in arrears rather than pre-paying annually in advance.

You can begin the transition by looking for the yellow promo box and clicking the "Move to monthly billing" link in your Reseller Tools. Once you transition, Google will migrate existing prepaid orders to monthly post-pay and issue a prorated credit for future usage.

Overview of the migration process:
  1. After beginning the transition, follow the prompts to review and accept the amendment to your Reseller Agreement. Note: The new billing system replaces the annual prepaid system. Google may elect to NOT renew your Google Apps Reseller Agreement if your company does not accept the amendment as presented in the Reseller Tools.
  2. Once the amendent is accepted, the migration process begins.
  3. Your order history will be automatically migrated.
  4. Prorated migration credit for future usage will appear on the next invoice, along with monthly charges.
  5. You will need to pay all invoices that you receive from Google before, during and after the transition. Your migration credit can only be applied to each of your monthly post-pay invoices.
We also invite you to join us on one of the following live webinars on Tuesday, March 27th to learn more about the new billing system, what this means for your business, and how to begin the transition:
  • Register: [Americas/EMEA-friendly] Tuesday, March 27 at 8am PST / 11am EST / 3pm GMT
  • Register: [APAC-friendly] Tuesday, March 27 at 4pm PST / Wednesday, March 28 at 10am AEST
For more information and details on the new billing system and migration credit, please see the Intro FAQ on Google Partner Connect and the Help Center. (If you experience errors accessing the FAQ, it may be that you don't have access to Google Partner Connect yet. To ensure that you have access, follow the "Get Secure Access to GPC" instructions where you can get yourself and your team access).

Contact the team at apps-solution-providers@google.com if you have any questions or feedback.

Sincerely,
The Google Apps Reseller Team
