In it Jeff Ragusa walks through some of the ways our successful partners have built a practice around Google Apps and are driving customers toward 100% web. New "reseller-friendly" Google Apps introductory video We noticed that the short videos on our product website have links to our own sign up flow and reference our list pricing, making them awkward for our partner community to use. So we removed those elements in this Google Apps introductory video and now you can share it with prospects without causing confusion. It focuses on the value of the Google Apps suite, showing the power of messaging and collaboration for teams and businesses. Embed the video in your web site by copying the code. Reseller video testimonials Learn from other resellers why they decided to become Google Apps resellers and how they have built their business around Google products. Go to the Apps Reseller Program YouTube channel for these reseller stories. A refresher on our great mobile support Find the latest in mobile supportability for Google Apps on the Google Apps for Mobile page, and particularly Google Apps experience on Android devices. The mobile team has also made the Gmail for mobile app sharper and smoother on high-resolution phones, such as the iPhone 4m, and created a simple pull down and release option to refresh Message List. Today, we announced that the Gmail Offline web app is now available, with Calendar and Docs Offline rolling out next week. To learn more and address customer questions and interests, we recommend you pilot the offline web apps. We'll post a FAQ on the reseller resource site that you can leverage to answer customer questions. Gmail Preview Pane This month, the Gmail team made significant changes to the Gmail preview pane that allows readers to view snippets of the message prior to opening up entire conversations. In order to quickly scroll through these messages, check out the Labs tab within your e-mail settings to choose between horizontal or vertical split views. New Look Update in Google Apps The new look in Google Apps has been available for a little more than a month, and you might be interested in this blog post from the Gmail team on the initial reaction. There are updates for Gmail, Calendar, and Google Docs List for the Rapid Release and Scheduled Release tracks. You can learn more about the release tracks on the What's New site. Google Speadsheets Charts in Docs - New chart types for documents and drawings have been added to provide more options for your customers to build reports for their clients and co-workers.
